FOUNDER & CEO

Bob has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. In 2002, he founded FMS Insurance Advisors which has grown to support several thousand members with agents/planners in 12 states. He serves on the Agent Advisory Councils for Medica and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. He is also the founder of River Bluff Technologies which has developed Smart Agent, a digital platform technology for the insurance and financial services industries.

PRESIDENT

George has over 30 years of diverse technical and sales experiences working for IBM. While with IBM, some of George’s customers included companies such as American Express, Wells Fargo, Spirit Aero Systems, Caterpillar, Neovia, United Launch Alliance, and DOW Chemical. George graduated from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management with a BS degree in Accounting. George proudly served in the United States Submarine service.

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Todd has over 25 years of business-to-business sales experience, including 15 years of Saas sales and 7 years in insurance tech sales. Previous employers include Ebix, Applied Systems, Equifax, TransAmerica, and Wolters Kluwer. In 2008 Todd began his career in the Insurance Technology space where he was the #1 producer in the Midwest region for Applied Systems.

CHIEF CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER, DIRECTOR OF IT

Kevin has more than 22 years of operating experience working for large, small and startup businesses including Thomson Reuters, Data Card Group, and Naiku (a SaaS company). Kevin holds a BA from the University of Minnesota.

CONTROLLER

Heather received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management. She earned her CPA license and joined KPMG, LLP, a global accounting firm, where she spent several months in Dublin, Ireland helping implement new auditing practices. She serves as the Controller for both FMS Insurance Advisors and River Bluff Technologies.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Jennifer has 15 years of corporate marketing experience, including 12 years with Kraft Foods in Chicago. She has served on several local boards, including Fairview Red Wing, Mayo Clinic Health System Red Wing, and the Red Wing YMCA. Jennifer holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Stanford University GSB.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Denise joined RBT in August 2022. Her previous experience includes customer service and project management. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management & Communications from Concordia University St. Paul.
