Bob Schmaltz, Founder & CEO
Bob has more than 33 years in the insurance industry and is also the founder & CEO of Finacial Marketing Solutions, Inc, an insurance wholesaler (FMO) specializing in Health, Medicare, and Retirement Planning. Bob oversees more than 10,000 clients with associated agents in 22 states. Bob holds a BA from Minot State University.
Kevin Sampers, Chief Customer Service Officer - Director of IT
Kevin has more than 28 years of operating experience working for large, small, and startup businesses including Thomson Reuters, Data Card Group, and Naiku (a SaaS company). Kevin is an expert in translating business needs into technology solutions and has used those experiences working with hundreds of Smart Agent customers. Kevin holds a BA from the University of MN.
Heather Schulz, Controller
Heather has been the controller for FMS and River Bluff Technologies since 2012 after working for KPMG and implementing new audit practices. She has her CPA certification and graduated from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management with a BS degree in Accounting.
